Staff are rude, bath room door fall down. I call their staff to fix it and they cut me off. I call them again three times and they ask me to come down as they don’t know english. The room with horrible soundproofing you can clearly hear the sound outside. Toilet not provides toilet paper.

Horrible staff. Very anti foreigner and very unwelcoming. I came to stay here but I was told by the front office receptionist that they do not accept foreigners because the language barrier might make it hard communicate with them. Once I let them know I can speak a little bit of Thai plus my Thai girlfriend will be staying with me during my duration there and that communication will not be a problem at all, they said to me no they can’t let foreigners stay there even if they are staying with a Thai national. The receptionist said it in a very rude and condescending way. Would not recommend this place. Some of the rudest staff and rudest customer service I’ve experienced in Thailand.
