The room was very nice, although it had a slightly old smell at first. The service team was very friendly and helpful. We found a small bug in our room at 2 a.m., and they gave us a free room upgrade. The location was okay, but it always took some time to get back after a day out.

The restaurant staff were also very attentive; they listened to my requests carefully and provided great service. The food was really good and exceeded my expectations. A couple of concerns: * The rooms are a bit small. * The manager, Pitchaya, seemed quite serious. It would be nice if she could be a bit more customer-friendly and welcoming, with a smile. Overall, the excellent service from the staff and the quality of the food made the stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again.
