My first time back home after 7 years and the first time for my daughters. So my husband booked this hotel for us to rest and relax before go meet my family after our long flight. We had such a happy fun time here. When I first arrived at the airport, the staff were so nice to help me with my stuff to the hotel. They have free shuttles, so convenient! At the hotel, all the staff were so nice, so helpful to help me because it was like after 1 am and all my 3 young daughters were way too exhausted. We loved our room! So clean and organized with free water, tea and coffee plus so easy to connect to a wifi. The big comfy beds, we loved it! Oh, I was really craving for papaya salad and the staff was helping me to order it with his app, he was so amazing! I got my delicious papaya salads at almost 3 am and I went to bed with 😊 Their breakfast buffet starts from 7-10 am. We were a bit late because it turned out we couldn't sleep until 5 am. The staff were so nice to let us eat and relax without rushing us at all. The food was delicious, we were so satisfied especially me.. 😂 Then the swimming pool, omg so nice, so relaxing, so perfect for my 3 little girls because they have a deep pool and a shallow pool so even my 19 months can walk by her own. Could you imagine how happy she is, we loved it! We didn't go outside the hotel at all because we just wanted to rest so they have the restaurant you can order food until 11 pm and Grab delivery so highly recommended this hotel to all. Amazing customer service, hats off from our family!
I found this hotel to be an excellent place to spend a layover. Rooms are clean, staff is nice,l, wifi is quick, and there's a delicious food market with super cheap street food only a two minute walk away. They also have free airport shuttles. Awesome spot
My room had a window facing pigeons nest and next building wall about 3 metres away. Communicating with hotel is a disaster. They don't reply sms, emails or anything. Try to find info about shuttle bus, impossible. I had to pay a taxi to get there.
