Hotel De Sripoom

It is definitely a 5-star review for us!!. This hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff is so kind. We were leaving the hotel at 5:30 a.m. to catch a flight, and they had the breakfast room open for us. The lovely man made us eggs and bacon. The breakfast usually does not open until 7 a.m., so we did not expect this when we were checking out; it was a lovely surprise. We also needed to return our rented bike, as we got a last-minute flight that morning. It was around 9 p.m., and the lovely receptionist talked to our rental company and got it all sorted for us. It took a huge weight off our shoulders. We were very grateful. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and everything was perfect. We also got our laundry done, and it smelled amazing. I would recommend staying here if you are in Chiang Mai.

Brilliant location with lots of nice eateries and coffee shops nearby. Everything in the old city is a short walk away with some small peaceful temples nearby by to. All the staff are so friendly and helpful we will return to this hotel 💯

We had a sewage smell in the room, they moved us 3 times and said they would try to fix it in the meantime and sent us back there claiming there was no sewage smell (the smell remained), plus the whole table was full of ants, the room was not clean, there were hairs from the previous guests in the bathroom and stains on the toilet. I really do not recommend coming here
