nice place. Be aware that walls are NOT soundproof and you hear your neighbours talking.....
great location, nice and quiet
Don't ever stay long term in this condo, it's more like a hotel rather than an apartment. Though it's illegal to host Airbnb, gov could make a good sack of money if they were to investigate. I lived on 6th floor with a yearly contract and it wasn't rare to have loud neighbours coming in partying for couple weeks especially during high season. Walls are thin so if you want peace, just find another place. The only good thing is the location.
