Kambum went out of the way to get us a higher upgraded room. She helped us create memories. Always treated us with warmth and smile. She deserves a raise and possibly be the manager of the resort.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 thank you Kambum

We booked 2 rooms, one with twin beds and the other with a king size bed, both were great and spacious, the beds are super comfy and the view to the pool is great. The only problem we had is that we requested three oil massage and it would be great if they have a spa room instead of your own bed, it is strange and it doesn’t feel private and hygienic enough, one of them burp behind me when she was giving me a massage. overall it was a good experience staying here but definitely will not experience that massage again. The breakfast it is not included but you can pay like 250 BHT in the restaurant.

BAD SERVICE. I do not recommend Chaya hotel. The reception staff could not find the booking, which would have been fine, but they were just so RUDE and dare I say, ignorant! The hotel manager was completely flustered when I called to ask for her to assist her receptionist. All in all, after flying in and just wanting to rest, to be greeted with a RUDE staff member, a flustered “hotel manager” I just wanted my refund to go to another hotel. I would NOT recommend this hotel.
