U Nimman Chiang Mai

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive, always friendly, and genuinely thoughtful in the way they treated guests. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent — well-balanced with a good variety, including several tasty plant-based options, which we really appreciated. It’s clear the hotel is mindful of different dietary needs. Our room was beautifully designed — modern, stylish, and very comfortable. It was always spotlessly clean, and we felt completely relaxed and at home. However, one major downside was the noise level at night. It was incredibly loud until the middle of the night, and without earplugs, it was nearly impossible to sleep. Even with earplugs, we could still feel the bass, which was really unfortunate and affected the overall experience. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, but we do hope that something can be done about the noise in the future.

My friends and I had a lovely and enjoyable 5 nights’ stay in this lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and staff at the restaurant was attentive and quick in serving our beverages! The check-in was quick and efficient. Special mention to Game and Praew for being helpful, friendly, and always looking cheerful and smiling!. As this was our first time in Chiangmai, they suggested to us the various places to visit and things to do. They even helped us to arrange/book with the tour company and transport to visit Doi Setep, Wat Phra Singh, Chedi Luang , Wirorot market and Chinatown . Game gave us some useful tips which we appreciated very much! We were fortunate to experience some Thai culture, food , the patience,warmth , friendliness and hospitality of the local folks . Not the first time I’ve stayed here! Regardless of the location, the nearby attractions, or the hotel conditions, they all consistently deliver an amazing experience. I particularly appreciate the app they have for refilling water and requesting in-room service, which is a great convenience for introverts like me who prefer not to make phone calls. The staff here is exceptional! They are all well-trained and friendly. The check-in staff was polite, clear, and even had a warm smile. During my stay, I met a staff member named Benz who provided me with valuable travel tips and information in MonJam. He was not only polite but also proactive in offering support to us. I truly appreciate his efforts. Thank you, Benz!
