My family and I booked 6 room at here. We were impressed with the excellent service and reception. They have prepared a room for a family very well. The children like this hotel very much. We spent time in the hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is very good. We contacted the staff to go to the airport. They contacted the car for us as we wanted in every way. The staff smiled and their faces showed sincerity. And will help us at all times. My family and I will definitely come back to stay here again. It is very worthwhile.

I really love this hotel, like a lot. Atmosphere in the dining/buffet area is so cozy especially in the breakfast time. Beds are comfortable. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bangkok. The omelette chef(s) should get a raise for how good they make the omelettes. It is so good that I at least get two plates of the omelette. You can customise what ingredients you wanna put in there (they display what ingredients are available), so yeah kudos to the chefs who cook up the omelettes, they need a raise.

We stayed at Canalis Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel after missing our flight, with the accommodation arranged by Thai Airways. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and includes a free shuttle service, which was a major plus. However, if you’re planning to visit central Bangkok, do note that it’s a bit of a drive — around 40 to 45 minutes to the city. The reception and overall property made a good first impression — clean, modern, and organized. However, once we entered the room, we noticed a pungent, musty smell, likely because it hadn’t been in use for a while. It gave off an “old property” vibe, even though everything was in decent condition. The open-air swimming pool in the center of the hotel was a refreshing feature and gave the space a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel also has a Starbucks and Pier 13 Bistro, which is where we had our meals. Since we had requested halal food through Thai Airways, the hotel made the necessary arrangements and Pier 13 Bistro provided halal options, which we appreciated. Breakfast was buffet-style and excellent, with a variety of items. Lunch, on the other hand, had limited options. We tried a local Thai dish and were asked if we preferred it spicy or non-spicy. Since we had been traveling through Malaysia and Indonesia, where spice levels are generally milder, we confidently chose “spicy” — and instantly regretted it! The dish was very spicy — literally brought tears to our eyes, and we couldn’t finish it. Tip: If you’re not used to authentic Thai spice levels, make sure to request mild or non-spicy options. They do ask, so take advantage of that! Overall, Canalis Suvarnabhumi is a comfortable and convenient option for transit stays near the airport, with helpful staff, halal food availability, and good facilities. Just be cautious about spice levels and the room condition depending on occupancy cycles.
