This is one of the best hotel i have ever stayed. Since it's my first trip to Thailand, I was so scared to book this hotel, But it was completely opposite when i checked-in there. Staff were veryyy polite, veryyy friendly and very helpful. They also returned the deposit money without any checking complications. And also it's located in a prime location. just 10/10 for this hotel. The only drawback is the view from our room. But it was not a big issue for us.
A great hotel with great and easy accessibility to all tourist spots around the area. Very friendly staff that were always helpful in terms of suggestions and queries. As other reviews mentioned a deposit is collected but it is also returned provided no item is damaged. Overall our whole stay of 5 days went without any hassle and everything was smooth. They also pack breakfast if you have early excursions which is a bonus. Would highly recommend !
I was very disappointed with the check-in process. We arrived a bit earlier than the standard check-in time, hoping to get into our room after a long journey. Unfortunately, we were told the room wasn’t ready, and there was no flexibility or effort made to accommodate us—even though early check-in is a fairly common request and we were ready to pay the early checkin charges. What made it more frustrating was the lack of communication or empathy. I understand that rooms may not always be available early, but a little hospitality and customer service would go a long way. It set a poor tone for the stay.
