O2 Grand Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Scheduled Shuttle from Hotel to Suvarnabhumi Airport

Giving 5 Stars for room as the rooms were clear and tidy for stay. All the necessary amenities were available in room. Giving 4 stars for service as the staff of the hotel doesn't speak or understand proper English. Foreign tourists might suffer to communicate with staff. There is a resturant on the ground floor which provides food at your room. Food was decent. Giving 4 stars for location as this hotel is 30 min away from Suvarnabhumi Airport by car/cab but there is nothing nearby to roam around in free time and just a bunch of 7 eleven branches around hotel. All over experience of this hotel was good.

This is Chinese own hotel and tons of tour bus dropping off Chinese tourist , buffet is horrible.. poor quality . The pictures not what it seems .. no coffee machine .. only old dirty pot . I booked 5 days here and already disappointed from non smoking room and when you open the door .. smell of cigarettes still there. I wanted to changed the room but they said not until 2 pm . Even my Bolt driver said “why did I pick this hotel “‘there are tons of them better than this one but again it’s $33/ night . You get what you paid for . Beware of this hotel .. they even have a sign in the elevator said “no spitting” .. gross 🤮

Website lies say there is shuttle bus from Airport but there is no shuttle bus. Distance from Airport to Hotel incorrect distance measured as crow flies restaurant for hotel outside area buses stop next to so you get fumes Hotel say they have two restaurants but they don’t, they lie again I would not stay here a second time or recommend it to anyone
