We had a very pleasant holiday at the Royal Kenz Hotel. All of the staff from reception, restaurant, room cleaning, pool staff and general cleaning were very good and friendly. It was good that the hotel had it's own private beach. The hotel was always kept very clean all of the time. We Would definitely visit again
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. A special shout-out to Shazzy — one of the best animators I’ve ever met! Energetic, friendly, and always made sure everyone was having fun. The rest of the staff were also super kind and helpful. Thanks for making my holiday so memorable — I’ll definitely be coming back!
I love this hotel, we had the best time and would visit again in the future. The animation team was so amazing and full of energy especially shazy who always made an effort to include everyone and make peoples holiday the best. She is full of energy and the nicest person you could meet🩷
