Me and friend booked this place last minute! Upon arrival our greeting to the hotel wasn't very friendly I mean it was 2am in the morning but you would expect a friendly welcome and to be given your wristbands which we didn't get until the next day after the staff asked us where our wristbands were 🤣 The entertainment team were brilliant! 10/10 on entertainment. Reception staff the complete opposite can barely communicate a word of English same as bar staff very grumpy and can't be arsed with you. It's like you're twisting their arm to get you a drink it's ridiculous. Room service doesn't exist here we were hungover and asked for water and cokes to be delivered to room. Not a chance! Said we had to go all the way to bar downstairs. Met some lovely people (guests) who were staying there which made up for the holiday. The shuttle bus to the beach they say it takes 15 minutes to get there but only takes 5 mins! Beach is great loads of activities.. bit pricey but worth it. All the shops near hotel sell brilliant quality fake designer clothes but your bartering skills need to be on point otherwise they will try and get the most they can out of you. Wouldn't go back again there are way nicer hotels closer to the beach. Staff just ruined it for me to be honest apart from entertainment team they were great!
