Kolin Hotel Spa & Convention Center

It was a lovely stay for almost a week. They were so kind to give us a free upgrade from the room garden view to the sea view one and they listened to all our requests (even when we demanded for the music of the event room to be lowered). Always found place in the parking lot. The buffet breakfast and dinner has a large variety to choose from and the pool/massage offered very good services. Plus the curtains were really thick, you could have taken a nap like in the middle of the night, in plain daylight 😁 The only draw back is that we needed to get to the beach by car if we didn't want to take sunbaths at the exterior pool. Despite that, we will be back for the very nice services, we felt very comfortable and welcome. PS the sunset from the window was absolutely lovely.

It was the perfect accommodation for a trip to Troy with my child.❤️ The hotel is ideally located for visiting the Troy ruins, offering a stunning, unobstructed sea view. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay. The view from the elevator was particularly romantic, and the mosque seen from the hotel corridor was also beautiful. The breakfast was kept clean and hygienic, with well-spaced seating that allowed for a relaxed dining experience. There was also a seaside walking path, perfect for a morning stroll, and the outdoor pool was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and provided quick service.👍 The parking area was spacious and convenient. With its quiet and cozy atmosphere, this hotel is perfect for a family trip. If you are planning a visit to Troy, I highly recommend staying here!

Overall, my stay at Kolin Hotel in Çanakkale was good. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. However, I was disappointed with the service. I had booked a room for three people, but upon arrival, there was only one double bed in the room. I informed the receptionist, and she said it would be taken care of. After about an hour, only one extra pillow was delivered. I had to contact the reception again, and much later in the evening, they finally brought an extra bed — but no towel was provided for the third person. Also, the minibar was completely empty, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this category. These issues could have been handled more professionally and with better attention to detail. Still, the hotel itself is nice, and with some improvement in service, it could offer a much better experience.
