This hotel is right in the city centre, so you’ll be close to everything. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff were really friendly and the hotel rooms were clean . And the breakfast was good—you could see the roundabout and the statue from your room!
It is a good place and room but the price is a little overrated. Some cleaning issues to attend. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
I booked this hotel a few months ago at a more affordable price, and the reservation was initially confirmed. However, the hotel later canceled my booking without providing any reason or explanation and simply refunded my money—leaving me only 10 days before my trip to Eskisehir to find alternative accommodations. I still cannot understand why they would do this, but it feels as though they might be pushing guests to rebook at a higher price. Regardless of the reason, this experience has left me disappointed, and I no longer trust the reliability of their service. I would not choose to stay at this hotel in the future.
