The location is a bit far from the city center and business district if you are walking, but near the highway. There are not many shops or restaurants within walking distance. The service is excellent and the reception staff all spoke English well. The rooms are big and spacious, but there is not much lighting and they seem a bit dated with stains in the carpet. Breakfast is available but not complimentary to all guests. We received a room upgrade to a suite since we are IHG Diamond Elite members, which we appreciated.
Rooms are clean but the furniture is quite old , windows are not clean. The beds are two connected by small beds , I could not sleep all night due to that even I chosed king bed, until morning I had to change the room. There is no swimming pool in also. For the high price I paied I thought much better service I will get but unfortunately cheaper hotels are much better.
It is like 3rd grade hotel, room air conditioner is not working when I checked in, upon complaint hotel staff offered to change room but the other room ac was also in same condition. It is my first experience in Holiday Inn Gaziantep, I did not recommend anyone this hotel.
