We had such an amazing stay that we just can’t stop talking about it! From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel like family. A special shout-out to Ümit at reception - he went out of his way to help us with everything from booking flights to scoring concert tickets and suggesting fun activities. Breakfast was a real treat, with an incredible buffet featuring super fresh ingredients. Nur and the kitchen crew put so much love into every dish, and their kindness and hospitality made our mornings extra special. The hotel is really very comfortable and the staff are highly professional especially the hotel manager Mr Sinan

The hotel was ok, but I can't say really good. It is a 4 star hotel, but it didn't feel like that, really overrated. I think the cleaning could be better. The room was very simple. The light in the room was terrible. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, but not that good. If you don't like eggs then no other warm food is available. Location is good, within a few minutes walking distance from the shopping area of Nişantaşı.
