Really a wonderful experience, a special place and the treatment is wonderful, especially Serhat
The treatment was not great: They were not cooperative. Breakfast is so simple and not tasty. The rooms are not okay & AC condition is noisy Room cleaning services just come on call. Elevator is too slow and small. Pillows smell is weird. Travel agencies consider the hotel as 4 star hotel, but actually its a 2 star hotel so don't trust them. You can find better than this hotel.
I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. First, the location is a good spot because there are a lot of things near it but the hotel itself was horrible. they had really bad service, the place was so dirty, and the people that worked there were so rude. The wifi was really bad and only worked in the reception area and the rooms never get cleaned and they don’t change out the bed sheets
