Amazing, Amazing and amazing. Can’t tell enough of the comfort in this hotel. The entire team, super nice super friendly and super professional. I stayed there for 2 times in January and February for about 2 weeks each and this gave me enough tome to evaluate and give a fair review. They deserve 10 stars and 5 is not enough. Cleanness, CSR service and rooms that are well designed and so beautiful. Food is amazing, staff are unbelievably trained to give you the best service. Would highly recommend them and I am going back in June for 2 weeks with my family. Special thanks to Mrs. Ege duty manager, and Merve guest services to make my stay feel like home. They are the best I wish they would work with me and for my company 👌🏼. Other names are Umut, Gulen and Hazal lobby bar which was my everyday spot to work and chil. They are simply the best with the level of service they give you. Alihan and Anday in reception that made my check in and check out smooth and easy with a warm welcoming attitude. These are the name I remember but the entire team in morning and night shift are wonderful people. Hard to believe. Thank you again and will see you in June. Sanaz room 453.

Hotel is a little dated but the rooms are clean. Pool is advertised as heated but it wasn’t. Customer service at the check-in counter was awful. The person that helped us was rushing through the process and clearly acted like an inconvenience. On the flip side, the small desk near concierge had someone really helpful working. We wanted a reservation at The Townhouse, and when he couldn’t get us in there, he called a few other places. Even running over to the door as we were leaving to give us one last option. He was so great to work with.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share some important observations for future guests and visitors. The minibar products in the room were placed confusingly, making it unclear whether they were complimentary or chargeable. Prices were very high—for example, a 50g snack cost €20, which seems excessive compared to similar luxury hotels. The room also had maintenance issues: the shower fixtures were outdated, and the toilet seat didn’t close properly, causing continuous water leakage. One major point is the rooftop pool. Most of pool users were not hotel guests but external visitors, likely through a membership program. This made it difficult for actual guests to enjoy the pool. The pool is essentially shared-use, not exclusive to guests, so please keep this in mind when booking. I hope this feedback helps others have a better experience.
