We had a brilliant week at J'adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa. Honestly, what makes this place stand out isn't just the lovely rooms or pools (which are great), it's the fantastically friendly staff across the board. Everyone we met, from reception to the restaurant, had a smile and was happy to help. A special mention must go to the massage team – we both had treatments and they were absolutely lovely and very skilled. Truly relaxing. But the absolute stars of the show? Memo and his incredible entertainment team! Our holiday genuinely wouldn't have been the same without them. They weren't just doing a job; they were brilliant fun, fantastic dancers, and incredibly friendly. They really went the extra mile, joining us to party and making sure everyone felt involved and was having a top time. Huge, huge thanks to Memo for leading such a great crew. Specifically, Oscar and Juan from the entertainment team took such good care of us. They were always checking in, making sure we were okay and having a laugh with us. Brilliant lads! If you want a holiday with genuine warmth and fantastic atmosphere, largely thanks to the staff, this is the place. Would return in a heartbeat, mainly to see the entertainment crew again!

Türkiyede bal gibi insanlar burda çalışıyor, herkesin emeğine sağlık. Misafir ilişkileri ve resepsiyon personelleri, mutfaktaki çalışan şefleri, restoranda lobide vs. tüm garsonları, ve temizleme ekibine herkese tek tek teşekkür ederiz. Full review Don’t miss it this summer if you love the all inclusive concept. I tried several all inclusive hotels and heard from family members about their experience with similar resorts, i can confidently say that j'adore have what it takes to be on our top list for future vacations. Cleanliness: The rooms and facilities were very clean, specially the swimming pool i have seen workers at night cleaning the pool and every morning it was crystal clear. The housekeeping crew on 4th floor made the room looks like we just checked in and the towels were changed daily. Food: We gained few extra kgs on the trip :D, the quality and quantity of the food was a top notch here, they made by far the most delicious hummus i have ever tasted (I am a middle eastern and i know what i am saying), the lunch and dinner buffet changed daily and has a verity to satisty all tastes. The breakfast was the best with several live stations of omlet, pide, and pancakes (you can't choose or order your own they just made them in front of guests and put them in the chafing dish). The snack bars at pool and beach was not bad actually, the pizzas was delicious but burgers had a weird taste. Beach: I will go there again just for the beach, the walk (5mins and the offer golf cart for those who prefer not to walk) from the hotel to the beach was amazing, as if you are walking in a forest with a beautiful scenery at the end they have a chicken cage which our 16 months old baby loved and we were happy to show him animals he sees in cartoon. The beach has enough sunbeds to accommodate most of the guests. Although it was off season and i can't judge the capacity well enough but there was alot of them. Staff: From the moment we arrived till we left the hotel the staff and personnel was extremely helpful, smiling and made sure we spend great time during out stay. The HR team made a great job in recruiting and training such a professional team to run this hotel.

A Very Disappointing Holiday Experience — Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel Unfortunately, this was one of the worst holiday experiences I've ever had, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a 5-star or deluxe experience. 1. Room & View: While the room itself was acceptable, the view was far from it — just another hotel barely 5 meters away. Between the buildings was a constantly busy service road, loud throughout the night and disturbing our rest. 2. Housekeeping: The cleaning service was poor. Our room was still not cleaned by 4 PM, and despite tipping early, the cleaners did a subpar job. Towels were not fully replaced even when requested. 3. Food Quality & Variety: The food was extremely repetitive — the same fish and stew-style dishes served daily, with limited variation and some overly spicy options. Long queues formed every single day at the omelet and fries stations. 4. Food Reuse: Leftovers from lunch regularly appeared again during dinner or breakfast, which raised hygiene concerns. 5. Dining Experience: Finding a seat and getting food felt like a real-life "Hunger Games." Dishes weren’t refilled regularly, and by 8 PM staff had already started cleaning, even though dinner was supposed to run until 9 PM. The restaurant mainly had 4-person tables, which made it difficult for our group of five to sit together. 6. “Ultra All-Inclusive” Is Misleading: The so-called "ultra all-inclusive" package was extremely underwhelming. No premium offerings were available — only local alcohol, water in paper cups, and plastic cutlery for desserts. 7. Understaffed and Untrained: The hotel was clearly understaffed. Most of the staff seemed untrained, and some were even rude on occasion. 8. Unsafe Pool Incident: There are two pools — one large and one smaller, quieter one near the spa, often used by families with young children. However, one afternoon, four young men (two German and two Turkish) began jumping into the small pool, making it dangerous for the little ones. When I approached the manager, she asked the lifeguard to speak with them. But once they realized some of the guests were Turkish, the staff changed the posted pool rules and asked me to avoid confrontation and not speak to them. It was an extremely unprofessional and disappointing response. Ultimately, all the families left the pool. 9. Room Smell: There was a persistent and unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drains. 10. Beach Safety: While the beach looked nice, the sea became deep very quickly, resulting in large waves that made it nearly impossible to swim safely. 11. They didn't want to change our beach towels. 12. Positives: The only highlights were the beach bar staff, who were very friendly and served good food, and the evening entertainment, which I genuinely enjoyed In summary, this is not a 5-star hotel by any means, and certainly not “deluxe.” Poor service, food, hygiene, and professionalism made this a deeply unsatisfying stay. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
