Andalouse Elegante Suite Hotel

I booked and paid for a large room, but when I arrived they gave me a tiny one and kept insisting “that’s what you paid for” even though I showed proof of my booking. The door was a nightmare I couldn’t even close it properly from the outside and the key card kept lagging every time I tried to open it. The cleaning service was an absolute joke. I asked multiple times for tissue and never got it. When they “cleaned” the room, all they did was lazily fold the bed covers they left dirty plates and cups sitting there untouched. It looked the same as when I left it. To make it worse there was constant noise throughout the night making it nearly impossible to sleep. Don’t waste your money or time here. This place doesn’t deserve even one star.

It was one of the worst stays. There was a problem with the door and we couldn't open it with the card and we stayed out of the room for about 3 hours. The worst thing about it was the staff, especially the Turkish receptionist, she was very rude and instead of solving the problem and trying to apologize, she was extremely rude... The rooms are bad and small, the furniture is worn out and the services are below zero... I do not recommend it at all. ما بنصح حدا فيه ابداً 👎🏻

(WATCH THE VIDEO AND READ THIS BEFORE THINKING ABOUT BOOKING THIS HOTEL!) ONE OF THR WORST EXPERIENCES!!! We had to leave this hotel and find another one after the first day of our stay because we couldn’t open door (we got stuck outside of the room) AT 2 AM!! And the management is extremely RUDE!! They didn’t even offer a solution the next day after we waited TWO HOURS till the door opened (The door was STILL not working from the outside) they didn’t change the door knob, they didn’t change our room and the only solution they gave us was “keep the door open”🤣 zero morals. Also, the room service and the rooms themselves are very different from the photos and there are TOO MANY other problems in the room, the bathroom’s lock wasn’t working, the shower wasn’t working properly, there is NOTHING but towels in the room, not even trash can, most of the lamps were not working, and SO MANY MORE!! THEY DONT EVEN OFFER THE BASICS!! Think 1000000 times before booking!! قد اعذر من انذر 👎👎
