Concorde Hotel Fujairah

For me, the experience is not bad, but there are some small details that must be scrutinised. The room screens must be changed to Smart screens. The coffee corner must also be renovated, and the last thing on the restaurant is to expand the food options. The location of the hotel is good and its prices are also good for families and the staff is very wonderful, especially Mr. Hussein, and I will repeat my trip here again

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is rated 5 stars. While the overall stay was comfortable, the facilities and service felt closer to what I would expect from a 3-star property. Some amenities like the dental kit and extra towels were only provided upon request, which I understand may be part of their sustainability efforts, but it was unexpected for a 5-star stay. Also, items like toilet rolls seemed to be reused from previous occupancy, which raised some concerns. That said, the breakfast was well-prepared and enjoyable. The buffet had a limited but good selection, and it seemed designed to reduce food waste — something I do appreciate. The staff were polite and helpful, but overall, the experience didn't quite meet the premium standards typically associated with a 5-star hotel.

1. The bed matress was too fluffy . I woke up with stiff neck. 2. The shower was not working. Only 1 towel. No toiletries were kept in washroom. ( brush, toothpaste, conditioner) 3. Swimming pool was too deep. People with 5ft height cannot even stand in pool. 4. Pool and gym was open only till 8pm .. while we wanted to enjoy till 9 or 10pm … that was the leisure we were expecting. 5. Again it was open next morning 9am. We wanted to enjoy sunrise but it was closed.. very bad stay …
