Congratulations to the entire staff. These two weeks have been enjoyable, and a credit to everyone's work. The hotel is a little far from the cities but it has all the amenities The welcome is professional and warm. It stats with Cosmas who brought us from the airport. Thanks for his availability and his tourist advice but also for having helped our meal plans by making the connection with the dining room on allergy specificities. Thanks to Shama, Nadima and Sardor at the reception. Also a special thank to Hamdi. His kindness is matched only by his professionalism. He was able to guide us with empathy and kindness, making things easier for us to ensure the success of our excursion.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and loved it. The beach bar was my favorite spot — beautiful view, relaxing, and great drinks. The waiter Mahmoud was amazing: always friendly, smiling, and helpful. Thanks to him, I enjoyed my holiday even more. I highly recommend this place!

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing 5-star hotel in the United Arab Emirates, and everything exceeded my expectations — from the luxurious rooms and facilities to the outstanding service. One person who truly stood out was Nora, a waitress at the hotel restaurant. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always had a warm smile. Nora went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, regularly checking in to see if everything was okay and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her dedication and positive attitude made every meal even more enjoyable. It’s clear that Nora takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about the guests. She made a great impression, and I believe she is a real asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel — and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Nora, you’re in excellent hands!
