Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I recently stayed at The First Collection Hotel Jumeirah Village Circle and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers great facilities, including a beautiful rooftop pool, spacious rooms, and a relaxing ambiance throughout the property. What made my stay even more memorable was the exceptional service from the staff. I would especially like to thank Hamid, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout my visit. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel very welcome. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and added a personal touch to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai — whether for business or leisure — and I will definitely be coming back again!

I also want to say that all the staff at the hotel were truly wonderful, but I’m giving special recognition to Omar because I had a small personal issue, and he was the first one to notice and offer help. He immediately stepped in, assisted me in the best way possible, and handled the situation with such grace and respect. I’ll never forget that moment. I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax. Room service was quick and professional, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The pool facilities were excellent – clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. A special thank you to Fathy at the reception – check-in was incredibly fast, and he explained everything clearly and with a smile. His warm welcome set the tone for the whole stay.
