Holiday Inn Brentwood M25 Jct. 28 by IHG

Stayed here during my recent visit to London. In a good quiet location with ample parking. Rooms were clean and serviced every day. Reasonably priced if you have booked in advance. The station is close if you drive and well connected to London via the Elizabeth line. Need to pay for parking which is £12 for a day but is 50% discounted if you are a member which I did not know about. Didn’t try the restaurant so can’t comment on food. Overall great service and pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Brentwood for two nights while attending a wedding, and overall, had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, everything worked as expected, and the food was perfectly fine, nothing Michelin-starred, but certainly no complaints either. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. They were the highlight of our stay, incredibly friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout. Daniela deserves special mention for her patience and attentiveness with our large, lively group. She even went out of her way to make a sandwich for our 2-year old that wasn’t on the menu, a small gesture that really impressed us, especially when even higher-end places often won’t go the extra mile. When our child had a small accident, Julie and Fabio were quick to respond and help, which we really appreciated. At breakfast, Julie and Maria were always nearby, happy to help, and impressively efficient in keeping up with our constant pancake requests. We also really appreciated that the hotel had lots of games and toys available for children as it kept the kids entertained. It was a thoughtful touch that made a real difference. I sincerely hope the hotel recognises the incredible work the team are doing – they genuinely made our stay.

I was on a course at the Holiday Inn Brentwood. One thing I noticed the moment I set foot into the hotel is that you can smell how clean it is. Now I didn’t get to stay at the hotel and catering was provided. That food was divine. However, it was only on the final day I realised how good their cooking was. Anyone who knows me knows I love Mexican food so I had no hesitation in ordering nachos. They were divine. Those nacho chips were not bought from the supermarket. Someone had made them in the kitchen. The same can be said for that guacamole and sour cream sauce. That cheese was fantastic as well. However the onions were as crisp as you can imagine. The chef had clearly chopped fresh onions. This was genuine authentic Mexican cooking. I felt as if I was in Mexico. So the usual questions. Was it worth the money? Good value at 5 times the cost. Would I go there again? Of course. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Of course. All in all I was truly shaken but not stirred.
