Halvard Hotel

A lovely little B&B right on the beach. Be sure to get a water facing room as the ones at the back can be noisy due to the club. The staff is great, all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is yummy! And dinner is delicious. A real value for the price and a team that makes you feel special.

I’ve not even checked out yet, still on day 1 and I’m sticking to my 5* review. Four staff I’ve seen today are amazing, left my bags here straight off the boat. Room is amazing and foods brilliant. You even get free snacks n drinks in the minibar!

Can't rate this place highly enough - 6 stars if I could!! The hotel was clean and beautifully furnished, with the room being cosy and having all the amenities needed, including complimentary water and snacks in the mini fridge. Breakfast was also delicious. The receptionists were all incredibly friendly and helpful, to the point where when we were initially checking out at 11am and mentioned that our taxi to the airport was at 5pm, they offered to extend our stay for a late check out. All in all this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Douglas!
