We loved the Rokeby Manor! The management was superior, incredibly helpful and offered great suggestions! They even gifted my daughter an adorable black sheep stuffed animal! The food was delicious. The Scottish stew was our favorite! We enjoyed breakfast as well, a nice full selection. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were great. Nice fluffy towels, robes and slippers. The location was fabulous for day trips and exploring. We stayed as a family of three comfortably in the Rhododendron room.
I absolutely love this place, best ever food especially the indian menu, and 5 stars service. Such a stark contrast with the bad food and rudeness of Fort Augustus. The rooms are beautiful. Everything is perfect to the smallest detail. Truly unbelievable, a gem in the desert !!
The Rokeby Manor is an up scale Scotish Inn with excellent rooms, decor, friendly staff, incredible food, and a tiny bar. The location is perfect for visiting the Highlands. I recommend this establishment if visiting the area. All I can say is I would come back in a heartbeat.
