Inhabit is very conveniently located if you're working in or exploring West London with several public transit options. The staff were super welcoming, and they accommodated nearly every request we had including changing rooms so that we had more space. I could tell they really wanted my partner and I to have a great trip! My only complaint is that the rooms here are quite small— especially if you have large bags. That aside, the beds in the rooms were very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the hotel wasn't noisy at all. So, if you pack light, or book a larger room, then I bet you'll have a nice stay. Cheers!
I selected this hotel because of it being part of Marriott. It was a nice place - room was comfortable and spacious for one person - and in a convenient location to the Paddington train station and a couple of good pubs. It was perfect for the amount of time I was spending there. I will say though it does NOT feel like what you might be used to/expecting in terms of Marriott, so if that is important to you just be aware. I was using points for my stay so I wouldn't get any points anyway but there is really no indication or acknowledgement that this property is part of Marriott/of your Marriott status. My room also happened to be in a part of the hotel where there was no elevator access, but it was fine for me. I was delighted that the staff had dropped my luggage in my room when it was ready as I arrived early in the morning. I will also note that there is no deadbolt lock on the door. This was a little unnerving as a solo traveler but overall I felt safe (and when I went to my hotel in Cambridge they also didn't have one so it must be not uncommon in England). I'd stay here again.
Location is great, not far away from Paddington station and Hyde Park. The first impression (Lobby) is really good. Nice, clean and well designed. I got an "underground" room which was maybe the tiniest room i ever had. The bedlinen and pillows had a very strange smell that made me wake up 2-3x during the night. No power socket close to a mirror, so hairdrying and fixing your hair is difficult. While the room was clean i have to say, i am happy i only stayed one night.
