The May Fair A Radisson Collection Hotel Mayfair London

I booked a spa experience for my mum’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The hotel was incredibly accommodating, even when I had to reschedule everything went smoothly from start to finish. My mum absolutely loved her day! From the warm welcome by the door staff to the friendly reception team and the amazing spa staff, everyone made her feel so special and well cared for. She had nothing but lovely things to say about the entire experience. Thank you for making her birthday one to remember. We’ll definitely be back one day.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. A wonderful experience, room was upgraded and clean lovely and comfortable. Irina was amazing, friendly and courteous. Breakfast was also great. Will definitely stay again when in London

Asked for an early check in (12 midday). Whilst I know they can't commit, we arrived at 1215 and didn't get access til 230pm. Had to ask 3 times for our bags which arrived about 530pm. The room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is small though and water seeps under the door on to the floor. One of the taps has a crack so sprays water everywhere and the room was almost spotless bar dust all over the ceiling lights. Its a 5 star hotel. "Iconic" so I expected perfection. Location is perfect.
