Lovely hotel with a superb location. Keith at the front desk at nights is an asset to the hotel, very grateful for his hospitality. Breakfast was superb with excellent service. Loved the garden area for food and drinks too! My only advice for the hotel would be to check bedroom doors (and club lounge door) as several doors do slam when auto-closing, especially on middle of 3rd floor. Also housekeeping staff, although very kind and helpful, were slightly loud when speaking between them and this could be heard from the room. Overall highly recommended hotel, many thanks!

Fabulous hotel & wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet & the man (Mick?) who first greets you is a credit to the service industry. The only thing we were disappointed with was the Club Lounge access. Very tight with the canapes. It is open from 6pm until 9pm , if you were not there before 6.30 you were more than likely to get nothing. We saw people arriving at 7pm and the table was literally empty. The only disappointment in an otherwise excellent hotel.

We stayed overnight on 01/06/2025 in Room 3004 (top floor – 3rd floor) as a halfway stop on our trip to Legoland Windsor. 🛏️ Room The room was spacious and modern, with three beds (two of which were pull-outs). We only needed one so we had lots of space but if both full outs are out it was very cramped. It was nice & clean, the main bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was—no noise from the corridor or outside at all. We brought earplugs just in case but didn’t need them. The room came equipped with an iron, 2 x robes, fridge, biscuits, bottled waters and tea and coffee facilities. Toiletries included hand/body wash and body lotion shampoo and conditioner. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, though the view was just of the car park. Plenty of towels were provided, which was great. 📶 Wi-Fi & Room Service The complimentary Wi-Fi worked well for our basic needs (phones). We ordered room service and were pleased with the speed of delivery. We had a Caprese pizza, nachos, onion rings, and halloumi fries, along with a Coke and a Peroni. The total came to £50, which gives a good sense of pricing. The food was lovely. 🚗 Facilities Onsite parking is available we paid £12 for overnight, and there were plenty of spaces. There’s also a small gym (which we didn’t use), a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The jacuzzi was warm and pleasant, but the pool was a bit cooler than body temperature and I didn’t stay in long—the water looked murky and didn’t seem particularly clean. 📍 Location The location is central and within walking distance of pubs, shops, and restaurants. It’s about 1.5 hours from Legoland Windsor. The outdoor area is beautiful, featuring a small waterway and even a dedicated section with dog bowls, water and treats. The bar and reception area is beautifully decorated and lift access to the rooms. Negative: Staff (1 bar manager) at the bar chatting away while I was waiting to be served I had to interrupt them to put my order in. Mirrors in room not on a great spot for putting makeup on and that’s about it really. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area!
