Excellent. The rooms were so clean, not a spec of dust in site. The staff were very professional and friendly. The dinner was great. My friend had the vegan rice bowl which was full of flavour and I had the prawn and veg tempura which was excellent-Compliments to the chef. Buffet style breakfast. Lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Warwick. Will done team :-) Only 1 minor problem. I don’t think hotel residents should have to pay for parking. Maybe a hotel stay discount would be good.
The breakfast is good in comparison to others hotels nearby, however the lunch/dinner options could be improved.
Rooms are OK but very outdated, staff are rude and pretentious. The site is insecure with multiple fire doors left propped open. The outer grounds need a lot of work along with the attitude of managerial staff
