First time in Wolverhampton so not sure what to expect. This place was great for overnight. Not noisy at all. Had all you needed. Comfy bed. Nice shower
Looking good! Unfortunately the room was a bit cold, maybe the heater is not strong enough, also didn't have a smart TV in the room so I had to use my laptop to watch Netflix haha. The rest was perfect
The property itself was clean, but cold, no heating on for the cold weather of the time. Explanations for access were clear, but the smart lock did not work when trying to re-enter the property, after going outside to get forgotten stuff from the car. This was around 10pm, and no one answered any calls I made. I have tried to call all night, without success, and the next day, all of my complain call were simply ignored, despite messages left. They even cancelled my booking.com reservation, to avoid direct complain from the website platform. No refund was processed to this date. Had to contact Booking.com directly over the phone to explain, and it is being investigated. Avoid staying there, not professional, not serious at all.
