SERENA Hotel Aventura Miami Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Everyone was so nice and the property was super clean. The AC was set at the perfect temperature to combat these humid Florida days and that mattress would have ended up in my suitcase if I would fit because it was amazing. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit this great state.

The staff at the restaurant were amazing—friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. The rooms were lovely and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. However, the cleaners forgot to clean our room, even after we specifically requested it on our way out. That was disappointing. Also, the food portions were really small, which was unexpected.- The pasta in the image. Overall, the hotel itself and the service (aside from housekeeping) were great. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel lobby gives luxury vibes but then you get up to the rooms. The room was a double bed with a pull out couch. First the pullout was dirty and the room did not come with accommodations for the pullout bed, no sheets blankets or pillows. Slept on the couch with a towel. The tv in the kitchen area did not work. The bathroom did not come with a back up roll of toilet paper and with 5 guest staying in the room there was only 3 towels. When I called to the front desk around 9 for extra towels and toilet paper they brought just towels. Good luck getting in the refrigerator. The lounge and pool area has a very nice view however there was empty cups and trash everywhere on the floors and tables. The pool was heated, but there was no towels when asked, they pulled to clean but never brought out more. One night was tolerable, however I don't recommend anything longer then that.
