Staying at the Beverly Wilshire was an absolute dream. This hotel is a true Los Angeles icon, rich in history and style. You can feel its legacy the moment you walk through the doors — not to mention it was famously featured in Pretty Woman, which adds such a fun, cinematic charm. I stayed in the One-Bedroom Beverly Suite with Balcony and View, and it was beautiful. The suite had a soft, calming palette and that perfect blend of comfort and luxury that Four Seasons always gets right. The separate living room and bedroom made it feel spacious and private, and the double-width balcony had stunning views of the Hollywood Hills. I could even see the Hollywood sign in the distance, which made it feel even more special. The hotel’s location is unbeatable. You’re right across from Rodeo Drive, and I definitely did some shopping while I was there. The pool is on the smaller side but has a peaceful, charming vibe, and the two-storey gym was really well-equipped and never felt crowded. One of the highlights was brunch at THE Blvd. The restaurant has such a buzzing energy and the patio seating is perfect for people-watching and enjoying the LA sunshine. Food was fantastic and the service was flawless — just like the rest of the hotel. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make the stay feel seamless. This is more than just a luxury hotel. The Beverly Wilshire is a slice of Hollywood history with the comfort and excellence that Four Seasons is known for. I cannot wait to come back.

Our recent experience producing a corporate event at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated top-tier professionalism, hospitality, and care. Special thanks to Andre, Judith, and Emiliano at the front desk, and to Todd at valet—your warmth and helpfulness made all the difference. Hector, who oversaw the event on-site, was outstanding in managing logistics and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. A huge thank you as well to Pierre from Encore and his team for their valuable insight, and most importantly, to Matthew, who was simply phenomenal. His consistent communication, thoughtful vendor recommendations, and attention to every detail helped make this a seamless experience. He truly went above and beyond every step of the way. As an East Coast-based production company entering the LA market, we felt completely supported and welcomed. While I wasn’t able to get every name, please know there were many more who helped make this a success—and your efforts are deeply appreciated. Dear Four Seasons Beverly Hills Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the conduct of one of your staff members, specifically Mr. Bill, who currently serves as the Service Manager at your Beverly Hills location. During my recent visit to your hotel, I encountered behavior from Mr. Bill that was both unprofessional and deeply unsettling. His manner was condescending and provocative, and he displayed a clear lack of courtesy not only toward me but also toward other guests. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful—completely inconsistent with the standards of hospitality I have come to expect from the Four Seasons brand. Most troubling, however, was Mr. Bill’s discriminatory behavior. His actions and tone suggested bias and prejudice, which made me and others feel extremely uncomfortable. In a diverse and inclusive environment such as the Four Seasons, such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s reputation. I urge you to take this complaint seriously and conduct a thorough review of Mr. Bill’s behavior. As a loyal guest and someone who holds the Four Seasons in high regard, I believe it is important that all employees, especially those in leadership positions, uphold the values of respect, professionalism, and equality.
