The property is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout and a layout that invites you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Every space feels upscale yet comfortable, and the mountain views are hard to beat. Service is where Hotel Polaris really stands out. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They strike the perfect balance between professional and personal, and it shows in every interaction. One highlight: they are incredibly pet-welcoming. The check-in process for pets is next-level, with personalized touches and even activities designed to include them in the stay. It made a big difference and showed how much they value all their guests—including the four-legged ones. If you are looking for a stay that is both relaxing and memorable, Hotel Polaris delivers. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

They quietly met needs before I even had to ask, always with empathy and without judgment. That in itself was deeply healing. The hotel itself is immaculate: beautifully kept, calm, and clean in a way that immediately put my mind and body at ease. It’s clear that great care is taken not just in appearance, but in how guests are treated. I cannot recommend Hotel Polaris highly enough. A very nice addition to the Academy area, boutique style, lovely amenities. But, the boutique fixtures are difficult to figure out for us boomers sometimes, and the front desk staff, while very helpful, misdirected us a few times when trying to plan or solve things. Upscale hotel pricing, good food in Pamela's but service did not match the pricing. A/C in the room has a motion sensor so the room got hot during the night until someone got up and moved. Simulators downstairs are fun but don't expect FAA level certified experience.
