People live here. Like, actually live here. This is a stupid idea.
This is an apartment complex not a hotel, trying to make your AirBNB sound fancy is disingenuous. While the complex is not bad there is a homeless problem in the area so even as an short term rental it's not ideal. Also, it not in uptown it uptown adjacent, its more on the Cityplace side.
