This is something out of a Walt Disney book. So cool. All the room face both drive in screens. You have controls in room to switch between either screen. The bed (and I know hotel beds) is super comfortable. All the rooms are named after movie stars. Weird side note ( I don’t smoke) the outdoor ashtrays are retro 1950. Whoever thought this place up was brilliant. The Mexican restaurant next door was great. If this wasn’t a business trip, I’d bring my wife and kids here. The main lobby had normal things. Breakfast was normal, eggs, waffles, sausage, cereals etc(basic).

The idea of watching a drive in movie from bed is great. However the room was very dirty. Spaghetti sauce or something like it on the soap, and hair dryer. We then went to climb into bed and found stains on both of the queen beds in our room. We called for sheets to place ourselves to get through the night. What can I say. I would consider this a step above camping. I love a bed and a hot shower, but we felt dirty based on the condition of the room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn’t our thing. The piles of pigeon poop on the stairs outside our room made it difficult to not track it back into the room. I love the idea, but I need a clean room and sheets to stay again.

The sound in our room cut out at all exciting parts of the movie. We tried to listen on the alarm clock as a backup but the experience was rather terrible. Id recommend skipping the hotel and just planning to drive in and stay elsewhere. The window that we were supposed to watch out of was also incredibly dirty. It's a cool concept but not carried out well. Very nice staff but they also did not offer and sort of compensation for the lack of movie when we paid $170 for the experience. Quality of the hotel does not make up for the lack of movie at all
