Very clean. Nice property. Responsive staff for the most part. The bride’s Get Ready Room, a conference room, stayed sweltering despite many (4) requests to turn it down. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We had a nice time at the little on-site bar getting acquainted before the wedding. And the venue as of the reception area was quite nice.

We used the Inverness for our hotel wedding block, wedding after-party, and post-wedding brunch. We could not be happier with the service provided throughout the weekend. The Inverness was prompt in their communication and check-in for all of our guests was smooth. Our guests utilized Breckenridge Brewery throughout the weekend, and it was perfect for our after party after the wedding. Additionally, they did a beautiful job with the brunch service. Food and drinks were consistently refilled and everything was super organized. We highly recommend using the Inverness for a wedding block if you are getting married in the area. Jordan and Christy are super helpful!

I hope I never have to stay here again. I’m a Denver local and stayed as part of a wedding party. My initial invoice rate is not what I was charged when I checked in (I was overcharged by about 32% more than my expected charge). When I checked in I was also told “there are two complimentary waters” I had about 80 ounces of my own water with me, so I didn’t drink any of the room water. After taking quite some time due to system issues at the front desk in the morning getting my room charge fixed (that was understandable, it happens), I found another $10 charge pending on my card. After a few days I noticed the charge went through, so I called to ask what this charge was and the lady I was transferred to at the desk who claimed to be the manager (I found this hard to believe because of her unprofessional manner in dealing with a customer), said I was charged for two waters because “the housekeepers said you took two waters” my reactive response was “I didn’t take the water maybe they drank it” to which she said was “racist” to say. I made absolutely no comment about the type of people they were or assumed anything about them, my point was I didn’t take it so if someone did it had to be the person saying I did. I have never been accused of being racist in my life, so this was honestly a ridiculous way for her to address my response. Additionally, the eggs Benedict at breakfast was cold, even though it had come out fresh. After this overall experience, I find this a hard place to ever want to return to. Great hotel (seemed very clean so I believe the housekeepers were good at their work), bar staff was kind. Front desk staff could use additional training in customer service and how to properly charge customers in the first place so there aren’t errors to correct. After thinking back to my check in, I truly believe I was charged the $10 before I even got to my room. I also heard I wasn’t the only one in the party overcharged that night.
