The Statler Hotel at Cornell University

We cannot think of a better way to prove that this is operated by one of the best hospitality schools of the world? Staying at Statler hotel was a great experience for us. The room was clean and well maintained. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and well trained. You can tell they are eager to help with great professionalism. Everyone was welcoming and tried to go out of their way to understand our needs. From manager to junior team members, this is what top service is supposed to look like. We want to say Cornell got itself a tangible advertisement that truly speaks to the quality of the university.

We had the most amazing experience at The Statler recently. The staff were so amazing and wonderful to me and my dog. Eric, our front desk attendant was stellar and made our experience absolutely memorable. We can't wait to come back. Eric was top notch and such a great host! We were complimentary upgraded to a tower suite room and it was complete luxury. Entire experience was incredible and more than 5 stars.

Our stay at the Statler was really wonderful. The parking was quick and efficient. The attendants are all wonderful. Check-in was also swift....and they upgraded our room! We had an insane clocktower view that was pure heaven. Beds are comfy, bathrooms stocked with fabulous products. I highly recommend staying at the Statler if you visit Cornell (or Ithaca) and want a luxury experience.....
