This Embassy Suites exceeded our expectations, and was a wonderful experience. We were supposed to check in Tuesday July 22nd, at 4:00 pm. The hotel let us do an extremely early check in for no extra fees, which was very much appreciated. Melanie at the front desk was extremely accommodating. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature which my grandsons loved. The happy hour bartender was sweet, the omelettes station was superb. Great spread for a complimentary breakfast. I would definitely recommend this location. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The food was absolutely outstanding—especially the salmon, the mahi-mahi, and the steak dips. Every dish was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and delivered with attentive, gracious service. The passion and commitment of this team are evident in every detail. We also want to give a resounding thank you to Luana, the Catering Manager, who is in a league of her own. Her leadership, professionalism, and care are beyond compare, ensuring that every detail of our event and stay was perfectly coordinated and joyfully executed. This is more than just a hotel—it is a uniquely beautiful property, a sanctuary of service and care, where every member of the staff takes pride in their work. This hotel is amazing. The customer service is above all else. They really take care of any need you have. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was there everyday. The team here really goes above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing as well, like the best hotel breakfast I’ve had (both free and paid). The shuttle service is tricky but for the price you save on cost of rooms you can just uber. Then you don’t have to worry about hotel parking costs or resort parking. It’s close to the parks so only about a $10-$15 ride depending on what park you go to.
