Incredible views, genuine hospitality and frozen grapes by the pool! This is a great hotel with a pool, a slide, and plenty of activities for kids and adults. The rooms have everything you might need , including a sink, fridge, and microwave. At night you can watch the Disney show from the main hotel. It's easy to walk over to it and enjoy shopping and dinner. The steakhouse was delicious and again the staff were more than kind. I wasn't sure what to expect, and I'm so glad we got to stay there. The staff made it 5 stars!

Awesome views of either the lake, for the water parade every night and Epcot's fireworks in the distance, or views the other direction for Magic Kingdom and their nightly fireworks. "Cast members" (hotel staff) are super friendly and will bend over backwards to assist with whatever you may need. It's pricey, but worth every penny. Only downside I found was that there was no integrated room service, but there's dining on the Contemporary resort side of the sky bridge, and DoorDash will deliver right to the lobby. There's also a monorail stop literally in the hotel on the 5th floor, making transit to the parks effortless. Similar situation with the Polynesian and The Grand Floridian, but those are outside the hotel, which makes you subject to the whims of the elements.

It's Disney-so just expect for it to be overpriced. It had monorail service so we went for a monorail ride with the family to the different resorts. Everything was clean and perfect. There's a nice big bathtub aside from the shower. There was an adjoining room with a locked door so that we could have privacy but I'll hang out together. There was a big beautiful balcony where we could watch the fireworks for 4th of July at Magic Kingdom and also a television with the TV station for the firework music that we turned all the way up and listen to it while we were watching the fireworks! No one had any idea when the water pageant was but we figured it out on our own after asking several employees and the Disney Alexa in the room not knowing and none of the information from the room telling us. Just for those who might be there - the information is found on the Disney my experiences app. I went over to contemporary and they had lounge chairs facing the water where I was able to watch the entire show and it was beautiful. There is a water slide with a contemporary and at Bay Lake which are fun. The hot tub was hot, but a little too hot no one stayed in for more than 15 minutes. The new decorations were awesome and full of Disney nostalgia. The kitchen was big enough to prepare food that was a little cramped for 17 people. They only had one or two elevators working at a time maybe 3 once in awhile because the other elevator section was closed off for maintenance and upgrades and the elevators were not working properly in the one section that was open, which caused a lot of stair climbing 14 floors.
