Lovely hotel. I am disappointed in the happy hour as I ofter stay at am embassy and this one is limited to 2 drinks. I didn't find the staff overly friendly at the front desk. The man who does the shuttle service is very kind and gave better advice / information than anyone inside. The pool is nice and the breakfast is nice as well. The room its self is clean and was a nice relaxing and quiet rest after a long day.

This hotel is very dated but the staff keeps it clean and are very accommodating. No complaints on how we were treated. The beds are old and uncomfortable, but water pressure was wonderful, room was nice and cold. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and bar happy hours. Top notch. The view of The Sphere was incredible at night.

We had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. It used to be a decent place to stay, but that is no longer the case. The “free breakfast” felt more like an airport TSA checkpoint. Staff closely monitor guests, check your card, and even watch to see if you return the serving spoon or shut the bread box. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The check-in staff was rude and unhelpful. We simply asked for bottled water, which they were freely giving to other guests, but we were told we weren’t “eligible” because our Hilton Honors status was below Silver. We spent $750 for three nights, and a 17-cent bottle of water felt like too much to ask. The surrounding area is also concerning. Homeless individuals loiter near the entrance, and one even followed us to the hotel doors. Walking back from the convention center felt unsafe. Inside, the hotel didn’t get better. The coffee machines were dirty and stained, the beds were uncomfortable, and towels were extremely limited. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel. You’re better off staying somewhere else and paying for breakfast if it means a safe, comfortable, and welcoming
