The ENGLISH Hotel Las Vegas a Tribute Portfolio Hotel 21 and over

Great service, beautiful hotel, and the restaurant beside it is delicious! The stay here is very quiet and low key. They provided me with a welcome bag that had sweets, water, hydration packets, etc which was great! I love the fact that it’s not on the Vegas strip near all the busy foot traffic. It doesn’t have a loud casino or cigarette smoke infusing the entire place. The location in the art district is alright, the homeless population doesn’t seem to be as heavy as other areas in Vegas. Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

The rooms are kind of small, but very clean. The location is what you make of it. The art's district can be a sketchy place at night, but a fun place during the day..the pool is a lot of fun; cabanas are great, restrooms right out of the pool, excellent pool towels. The staff is super friendly and willing to help with anything. There's not a great view, and I wouldn't call it upscale, however it's a nice place to stay.

We are currently staying here for our wedding. We have experienced terrible service since we’ve been here and every time we go to the front desk to address issues, there is no resolution. The staff seem like they have no desire to be at work or provide hospitable service to anyone. We have had a homeless person attempt to enter our first floor room patio. We sat out at the pool for hours and never received service. For a property that promises a boutique luxury experience it’s laughable. As locals who work in the industry we expected more and are extremely disappointed. We won’t be recommending this venue to any of our friends or family or clients, especially for the price. Do better.
