I stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton in Mesa this past weekend for a Rising Star Chess Tournament. My room was clean and the Air Conditioning Unit worked well to keep me cool. In addition, the Bathroom was nice and clean. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I felt welcomed here. I also got a warm Chocolate Chip Cookie when I checked in. It was good.
I had a really good stay here overall. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and it felt safe and quiet, which I really appreciated. Fabian was super helpful when it came to figuring out the area and gave me a lot of solid recommendations. It’s always nice when someone goes out of their way to be friendly especially when you're new to the area. I'd definitely stay here again.
We had to stay 4 nights due to our air conditioning being out at our house. It was such a relaxing experience for my family and myself. They were also very accommodating for my MIL who is in a wheelchair with Alzheimer’s. This is always my family’s go to when we need a local hotel. This was our 3rd stay. Thank you for the great hospitality by all staff we encountered.
