Four Seasons Hotel Miami

Great resort experience in the city. Excellent location. Nice pool deck with lots of lounging options - sun & shade. Pleasant room. Great bar and dining at Edge. Strong attention to usual Four Season details; cleanliness, flowers, scent & sounds. Service a bit bumpy when busy. Spa. Gym is not elite but it's amazing

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel operated at a level above the rest. The customer service was nothing short of extraordinary—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the pool staff, radiated professionalism and kindness. Cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms, common areas, and even tucked-away corners sparkled with attention to detail. You could sense the pride in their upkeep—fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and an overall freshness that made the entire space feel both luxurious and comforting. The amenities were generous and beautifully integrated into the experience. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like complimentary fruit-infused water and plush towels. In short, this hotel didn’t just provide a place to sleep—it created a complete, immersive experience. It’s rare to find a place where luxury and warmth meet so seamlessly. We left feeling not only refreshed but truly cared for. Rating: 5/5 – A destination in itself. We’ll only stay here in Miami in the future.

I had a very wonderful experience. I’ve visited a friend that lives here quite a few times but never stayed on the hotel side. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is done at the level of excellence that you would expect from a hotel like this. The bed was so comfortable, I tried to see what type of bed it was so that I could purchase one for my home! ;-) From the pool side area to the dining experience- it’s definitely worth a few nights stay. The size of the gym is not the size of your average hotel gym for sure. No complaints. You do have to valet. I don’t believe there is any self parking here and not sensible if you are staying there since street parking is a bit further away and inconvenient based on how they hotel was built. It’s a very nice hotel with their own branded water lol.
