Very clean and nice hotel. Great location, very friendly and courteous staff. The view from my room was amazing. I enjoyed watching the aircraft ascending and descending. We didn’t have enough towels and wash rags for 4 people but, as soon as we called the front desk and requested more we got it. The only thing that was missing from the room is a microwave. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the staff that is doing and amazing job.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We were comped a room here when our airline failed us. Despite the late hour, the staff was very friendly and got us into a room quickly. The room is clean and comfortable if not a little small. The location is convenient to JFK but it gets noisy on the highway side. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the downstairs restaurant before heading out. I recommend this hotel.
Great hotel near the airport. Was under construction, so I didn't get the full experience. Maybe next time. The staff was very nice and helpful to recommended restaurants that delivered nearby. Rooms were clean and, most importantly, didn't smell at all. Wasn't brave enough to try the restaurant 15 minutes to closing. If you're just there to sleep and leave to catch a flight, it works great with FREE JFK shuttles.
