This hotel was amazing. From checking-in to checking-out. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. We arrived before check-in but we were able to store our luggage with ease and received a text that our room was ready about an hour before actual check-in. The room was spectacular and the view was great! Location was perfect too. We had the best experience and would definitely stay again.
This HGVC club has a great location, in fact that is probably its number one feature. We reserved a one bedroom, it has a queen bed and a spacious area with a pullout couch. Our room is on the 23 floor facing towards the NBC building, and some other hotels. PRO’s The location is unbelievable, it puts you right in the heart of the action. The rooms are modern and Clean The views on this floor are great Luckily, the elevators are fast. The Doorman was nice CONS The lack of dinning, and amenities is very apparent. I know, we have the world of food around us, but at the end of the day, who doesn’t want a bar and restaurant? Theirs no real brochure about any food Or dinning options. Theirs front desk manager was great, I think his name was Julius, he tried to assist us with a room request, he did follow up, so I give him credit. The front desk staff, need a slight refresher in guest service. It seemed like they were just going through the motions. It didn’t feel like a welcome home check in. Absolutely, do not by any belief believe you will be able to check in early. They will put your stuff in their storage room. Also, never received a call or text that said our room was ready? We were made to believe it could be earlier, and they would call. Over all experience is a 7/10 Location 9/10 Guest service 7/10 Thanks, Enjoy
Stay here for a great location only. You pay a price to be centrally located with a somewhat unfriendly staff. Upon arrival the engineers needed to look at the functionality of the A/C in the room and when I asked for a room away from the elevator I was assured that two doors down was not next to the elevator. Great location though!!
