King room would be perfect for 1. Made it work for two. Wasn't bad, but they lacked things like luggage racks that would have made it easier. Had to balance luggage on chairs. Location great. The app digital key does not work for rooms or elevators. They said it would work for rooms but it didn't for me. On last day was delayed a bit by full elevators. Was lucky other days. Used restaurant once, it was good. Bathrooms have no exhaust, and a sliding door that wouldn't stay closed without jamming a washcloth in it. But it was clean, decent price, felt safe. Would come back .
We spent five nights here and loved it. Helpful staff, quiet, and conveniently located and easily walkable. I gave 4 stars as the tub was slow to drain and the sink wouldn't drain. But...they fixed the issues quickly. I'd stay here again. Thank you staff!
Great location! Convenient access to the ferry. Service was good; not 5* because we had to call twice for room service. I docked off 2 stars for their toilet and shower/tub combo. The toilet was weird as I've never had water splash upward when flushing it (that was extremely gross) and there was noticeable mold on the white tiled shower/tub combo. Other than those items, the view was good, but the room seemed cramped with 2 full beds. There's little room if you're going to book this with 2 adults and 2 small kids. Hopefully, the mold and spitting toilet were one-offs and we might give it another go next time since its location was great. Not too busy, but close enough to take the subway to everything up to Central Park and Times Square.
