First impressions: Cassie and Diamond at the front desk are an incredible duo. They started & ended our stay with smiles & laughter. The room was arranged efficiently, clean and exactly what we needed for our 2 night stay. We checked out the restaurant /bar downstairs during happy hour and were pleasantly surprised by the food & drinks. Would choose to stay here again!
I really enjoyed my stay for one night here. The breakfast is good and the room is clean. Location is perfect, you can go to trader Joe’s by walk without sweating in summer. Especially thanks for the front desk staff, Miss Cassandra who kindly open the beer cap for me. I like the vibe that people bring their own beer bottle opener all the time just in case.
It was a good hotel. Excellent location in lower East side. Laundromat nearby, subway nearby- loved the location. We had landed and were frozen due to unexpected polar vortex in New York. We were equipped for usual fall and early winter. Jet-lagged and shivering- it felt scary a little bit. But Ben at the reception guided us well regarding where to find layers. And also best routes to take to our planned destinations. Will definitely stay there if I'm in lower East side again.
