Perfect location to all the theme parks especially Disney, restaurant had very good food and servers were very polite and attentive to us. Rooms lacked a little but were sufficient for our needs. Free bottled water every morning before leaving for the day was a nice treat. Resort pool area was nice, although the slide was never open when we would get there and the hot tub timer wasn’t working so they had it turned on all the time.
We came just for the day with a resort pass and had such a great time! The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the water slide was a fun bonus. Us old fat people were able to use it with no problems ! 🤣😭There were plenty of loungers and shaded spots, which made it easy to stay comfortable all day. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the food from the poolside bar was surprisingly good— we did some nachos and my friend's son had a burger. He had no complaints about it so it seems like everything was good. Even though we didn’t stay overnight, the overall vibe of the property was welcoming and peaceful. It felt like a mini escape close to the parks without all the crowds. Would definitely come back for another day of relaxing!
The ONLY good thing about this hotel is its location. I took my kids to Disney world for the very first time and was super excited I found this hotel pretty close by and the pictures look fantastic. But this felt more like a motel with the entrance to the room being outside. When we got there after a 13 hour trip we are told there is no water and they can cancel our reservation…. Their only solution was to cancel our reservation. After making the dumb decision to stay there because we were all exhausted it only got worse. After the first day at Disney we come back to our room to find the staff had “cleaned” our room by throwing away all our food left on the table but failed to take out the trash IN THE TRASH BINS right next to the entrance of the room. Third day there the WiFi was not working and when called the staff for help they simply told us they did not know…. Last day there we wanted to wash our clothes and we are told the laundry room was out of service.. absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Not worth it.
