Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas Lake Buena Vista Orlando

Truly a wonderful resort. Our family of four had a great time. We arrived early and were allowed to check in immediately, which was great. Our two bedroom villa was incredibly clean and spacious. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The entire complex is huge. We stayed in the fountains building area which was close to the main pool but also secluded in a way. We drove to the multiple other pools; one had a slide for kids, another had a fun splash pad area and another had two very large hot tubs. I don't think we got to see every pool. They had fun activities scheduled daily for kids and adults and it is very close to restaurants, shopping and only about 15 minutes from Disney and universal. There are also several restaurants on site, an ice cream shop, an arcade, mini golf and a market. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. The one thing that I was the most pleasantly surprised about is that during our entire week there, I did not see a single bug in our villa, not even a single ant. 5/5 for cleanliness for sure.

The BEST US resort so far! Our driver Allan was a great representation of the business! He was so welcoming and informative, my kid enjoyed him Very much! The pools were clean, not overcrowded and one has a water slide. All of the restaurants had decent food but Zimmie’s was favorite(best wings)! Most things to do are walking distance in the resort however, you can call it text for a ride to anywhere at anytime on the grounds only.

The resort is located close to major amusement parks, shopping, and all levels of dining. The property itself is well maintained and has nice paths to walk on as you explore. The resort offers activities on site, some free and others for a nominal fee (for both adults and children). The pools are well stocked with towels and spacious. We never had a hard time finding a lounge chair. One evening we decided to grill but did not have appropriate grilling tools, nearly immediately some were delivered to our room. My husband is still talking about how great the grills there are! Garbage cans are small and we started with minimal bags but just sent a request online when we needed anything replenished. Fire detectors in the rooms are sensitive. Without burning any food, we set it off once and heard other occasions that neighbors did the same. Having a washer and dryer in each unit is wonderful. With all the wet swim suits we used the appliances nearly every day. One bummer was it rained early in the week and the floor of the balcony retained a fair amount of water. We did let the resort know and they sent us a broom to try and push off the majority of the water which somewhat worked. Our family did have some fun trying to figure out what some of the light switches activated (by the end of the week I think we had figured all but one out). Prior to departing you are asked to strip your linens off your beds, remove trash from the room, and start the dishwasher.
